About Authors

Lydiah N. Wambugu is a trained researcher and a consultant. She holds a PhD in Education (Research and Evaluation) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Master of Education (Curriculum Studies) from the University of Nairobi and B.Ed (Science) from Kenyatta University. Currently, she is a senior lecturer in the Department of Extra Mural Studies, University of Nairobi. She teaches Research Methods, Monitoring and Evaluation and Education courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the universities across the country.

Ndunge D. Kyalo holds a PhD in Educational Administration and Planning from Catholic University of East Africa. She holds a M.Ed in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Nairobi. She teaches Educational courses and Project Monitoring and Evaluation at PhD, Masters and Undergraduate levels in various Universities in Kenya.

Raphael O. Nyonje holds a PhD in Educational Research and Evaluation from Catholic University of East Africa. He holds a Masters in Educational Planning from the University of Nairobi. He teaches Educational courses and Project Planning and Project Monitoring and Evaluation at PhD, Masters and Undergraduate levels in several Universities in Kenya.

Mary Mbii is studying PhD in Educational Management and Planning at Kenyatta University. She also holds a M.Ed Educational Administration and Planning from the university of Nairobi. She lectures research methods, fundamentals of management and total quality management as a part time lecturer at the Department of Extra-Mural-University of Nairobi.
